Tax Consultant
Senior Associate (SAT-1008)
Assistant Manager (AMT -1008)
Manager (MT-1008)
- Bachelor degree in accounting/fiscal administration with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) from a reputable university
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience and 5-7 years for manager position, in a reputable professional tax consulting firm, a public accounting firm, a law firm or a leading multinational organization
- Work experience must include a minimum of Indonesia Tax compliance, general tax advisory. And tax dispute resolutions such as tax audits
- Knowledge in the consumer and industrial products, technology, information, communications and entertainment, or finance and banking industries and/or capital markets would be an advantage
- Brevet B & C would also be considered an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision
- Demonstrable assignment management, leadership and coaching skills for manager position
Lawyer
All lawyer candidates should have:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm, a consulting firm or a multinational organization
- Bachelor Degree in Law plus and advocate’s license as a minimum
- Strong desire to grow and expand our business. Able to formulate, implement and coordinate suitable marketing strategies to develop a business
Inward Investment Lawyer (MIT -1008)
Work experience must include through knowledge of the theory and practice of foreign investment and company law in Indonesia. This would include device and incorporation of PMA companies and representatives offices and a n understanding of legal documents relating to incorporation of PMA companies. Work experience in merger and acquisition would be an advantage
Tax Dispute Resolution Lawyer (MDT-1008)
- Tax Brevet C
- Work Experience must include thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of tax law in Indonesia
- Able to review legal documents and handle tax disputes cases including those at the tax court and Supreme Court level
