Legal Officer
Job Description:
1.To assist Account Officer in Credit Application, Loan Agreement, Loan Disbursement, Loan Interest Review, Monitor the expiry date of credit facilities, Monitor monthly interest payment and principal payment.
2.To assist Account Officer in monitoring requirement in the covenant of Loan Agreement such as Financial Data, Appraisal Report, List of Receivable/Inventory.
3.Prepare information for reporting and planning purposes such as Loan Reporting, BI Monthly Report, and Maturity Profile Report.
Job Requirement:
1.University graduate, preferably in Economics
2.Good interpersonal and communication skill
3.Good command of English
4.Disciplined, Self starter, can work in a team
5.Have a working knowledge of Treasury & Trade Finance product
6.Min. 1 years experience in Banking
7.> 25 yrs
