Capable to develop and implement best practice market risk framework including policies, standards, processes and reporting which are appropriate to the regulatory regime of Indonesia and in accord with Base II
*
Experience in developing policies for a sophisticated treasury operation
*
Experience in managing multiple and varied complex issues
*
Demonstrated leadership skills
*
Good interpersonal and communication skills
*

Requirements:
