Qualifications:
1. Male / Female, max. 35 years old
2. Min. Diploma (D3) degree, from any major
3. Has experiences in marketing, preferably in banking (lending field), min. Supervisor Level
4. Min. 1 year experiences in handling / direct supervise 10 sales officer (ASM)
5. Min. 1 year experiences in handling / direct supervise 5 sales officer (SS)
6. Familiar working with tight target (volume)
